Part 1 – Preliminary
1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Physical Planning (Physical Planners) Regulations, 2020.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—“Board” means the Physical Planners Board established under section 73 of the Act; and“Registrar” means the Registrar appointed under section 82 of the Act.Part II – Registration of physical planners
