The Applicants herein were arrested on 8th October, 2016 and 10th October, 2016 respectively by Thyolo Police Officers on allegation of causing the death of Laimoni Major.

The Applicants applies to the High Court for an order that they be release on bail pending trial.

AND WHEREAS UPON the hearing of the application, the State does not object for their release and this court ORDERED that the applicants be released on bail on the following conditions:

l. To surrender travel documents if any.

2. To be reporting at Thyolo Police Station every Fridays fortnightly.

3. Two sureties to be bond in the sum of K400,000.00 each not cash.

4. Not to leave Thyolo district without informing police.

5. To attend plea/trial on 6th February, 2017 at 9 .00 am.

6. Sureties to be in attendance at trial.
