1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Immunities and Privileges (Clinton Health Access Initiative) Order, 2025.2. Immunities and privileges and legal capacity for CHAI
The Alliance for a Clinton Health Access Initiative (hereinafter referred to as “CHAI") being an organization specified in the Fourth Schedule of the Act, shall have all the immunities and privileges set out in Part I of the Fifth Schedule of the Act and shall have all the legal capacities of a body corporate.3.
