The Applicant herein was arrested on 5th June 2014 by Thyolo Police Officers on allegation of causing the death of a person unknown to him.
The Applicant applied to the High Court to be released on bail pending his trial.

AND WHEREAS UPON the hearing of the application the State does not object for his release and this Court ORDERED that the applicant be released on bail on the following condition:
1. To surrender travel documents if any.
2. Two sureties close relations to be bonded in the sum of K400,000.00 each not cash.
3. Not to travel outside Thyolo district without informing police.
4 . To pay cash bond of K30,000.00
5. To attend plea/trial on 6th February, 2017 at 10.00 am.
6. Sureties to attend plea/ trial on the said date.
